It’s funny because the first thing the city govt announced was they were going to cover all the medical bills etc. Obviously it is the hotel and their contractor and their relevant insurance providers who should pay.
They aren’t renovating as such, that place has gone bankrupt and changed hands at least 3 times and this time they are turning the lower 10 floors into a mall complex.
