Does anyone know of a bar that shows college football? I won’t be picky and hold out for my team, but I’d like to see a little Pac-10 action this season! I saw an ad (all in Chinese, d’oh) with a picture of Stanford vs. WSU and it reminded me that it’s been a while since I’ve seen a game.
The closest thing you will find to a real sports bar is Willy’s Second Base on Jian Kang Road. You can find their information on this page:

Yep. Try Willie’s 2nd Base on Jiankang Road - it’s right in the middle of that stretch of pubs right before you get to Junghua Road. It’s a sports bar and the TVs are always constantly playing sports matches for the patrons. Some of the best grub in Tainan, as well.
The Western II also is on JianKang near XiMen (HsiMen). It has big screen and live bands late nights.
