Spouse of ROC nationals, naturaluzation flow chart. Still valid?

I have found a flow chart for the naturalisation of foreign nationals married to ROC nationals.

It was created in 2009 by the Ministry of Interior, but since that was 9 years ago, I’m wondering if the information on it is still valid. If someone could take a look I would appreciate it! Thanks
