It’s that time of year when the “Welfare” Department at the office rounds up all of us who don’t seem to be busy at the momentt and sits us down to plan the upcoming Spring Party.
My company has about 300 people, so our Wei-yah isn’t very big. But we are big enough that each department is expected to put on some kind of performance.
This year, the Welfare team leader wanted to try something different. In the past, each department was left to their own imagination to come up with their own performance. This meant a hodge-podge of awkward dance numbers and forgettable group singing.
What kind of performances have you performed (or endured as an audience) at your company Spring Party?
