Does anyone know of a standardized reading test that could be administered to Junior High school students. Ideally the test should be accessible to all the students, from the window lickers up to the atom splitters. Also, it would give some indication of their reading age. Finally it could be administered again at a later date to show how individual students have improved in their reading over the course of the semester.
Does such a test exist?
