Starting business on Instagram on ARC

Basically, I could not find much info on this. Does anyone know the requirements if I want to start a business only on Instagram? Currently, I am working as a software dev and on ARC, soon to have APRC (idk like 1 year? XD).

Surprisingly the requirements of starting a business on Instagram only are the same as starting a business offline.

Will be a lot more easier if you wait until you get your APRC and have an open work permit. However, you can also register a company now and sponsor your second work permit through the company if you are willing to put in the capital and pay for registration and regular tax filings.

If you wait until you get your APRC I’m sure nobody will care unless you are earning big bucks.

Until then it’s illegal as you don’t have open work rights which is more risky.
