Does anyone live near Chiayi/AliShan? I went to Ali Shan 2 weeks ago and on the train ride back to Chiayi I saw a starving dog on a chain. I saw it through the window on the right hand side going back towards Beimen. I know it’s a long shot, but I am hoping that someone who reads this lives near there and can take a photo, or tell me if the dog is ok or not. It was just after the stop before Beimen ( nearerer to Ali Shan ) on the way back to Chiayi.
