Statistics on number of English teachers in Taiwan

Hi again,

I’m looking for statistics on the following:

  1. number of foreign english teachers in Taiwan
  2. number of TEFL certificate programs currently running in Taiwan,and schools running them
  3. number of local Taiwanese teachers of English in Taiwan (all levels [K-college]).
  4. number of these local Taiwanese teachers who are undergoing or have undergone training to become LICENSED ESL teachers.
