Are there still body temperature checks for outbound flights from CKS?
No, but if you want one, you can come around to my place and I’ll play nurse for you. 
Your temp is scanned when you leave (as I recall) and enter (positive about this one) Taiwan. But they use machines which scan as you walk by, so there’s no delay at all.
Can’t remember being scanned when leaving, but I never really paid attention to it. They definately do a temperature check when you enter the country.
