I got xxx number of shares from my company as a stock bonus. But right now, I think it’s not a good time to sell (in the midst of Taiwan’s economic crunch).
If I were to leave Taiwan today, is it a must that I SELL my company stocks? Or will I be allowed to bring the stock certificate with me and could I sell later from another country?
Would you know Taiwan’s law regarding stock investments? Please enlighten. Thanks.
