I didn’t make the ad and am posting it for a close friend. Chinese is also not their first language and they haven’t done this sort of thing with posting these kinds of ads. Let me double check with them to make sure that is what they meant to put.

I can assure you the building is safe though as it is also connected to a residential complex.

Thank you so much for pointing that out. It is a mistake. They used a different post to help them make this in Chinese and their partner who knows Chinese has confirmed it does not apply to this property.
