Strawberry picking

I’m looking for a strawberry picking place in the Taipei area that’s accessible by public transport.

Sorry I only know Taichung & Miaoli places, but would like to comment on the admirable restraint of the locals by not helping themselves when out in the fields. My SO says that it’s really taboo to do so, but I had to snaffle a couple. Isn’t that part of the whole berry picking experience - pick 100, get 2 free?

Lol, be careful or you’ll get caught red-handed.

Very easy. Take minibus 2 (小2) from Bihu Elementary School bus stop in Neihu (not directly at MRT Neihu Station but on the parallel road north of the station, Neihu Road). The bus will stop at Bishanyan a well known temple and then pass strawberry farm operations, you can see the greenhouses on both sides of the small road. Get off at the “Sightseeing Strawberry Park” bus stop and you are there.

Thanks so much! Strawberries, here we come.
