Hello - I have been offered a job (salaried position) in Kaohsing and I am thinking about taking it as after working for an hourly paid job (which does have its benefits) I’ve realised I’d rather have a pay-cut and know whether I go on holiday or there is a tyhpoon day I’ll be paid. I found on houlry pay you can loose far too much money through no fault of your own.
Anyway - back to the topic; the new job has told me that in my first year I am entitled to holidays but I will need to find a sub to cover my classes (which will be from 1 -9, M-F). I know in Taipei finding a sub is easy as finding a job… what’s it like in KHH, is it easy or hard to find a sub to cover you?
