Survey for Dual Nationality Taiwan Reform

It would be great to share a bit of detail when posting such a link. This topic is an important one for forumosans, so it deserves a bit of clarity ^^

This questionnaire is from the official “crossroads Taiwan” org. It aims at foreigners residing in Taiwan, who wish to obtain Taiwan citizenship but have reasons not to renounce their original nationality.

You have to enter email, real name and nationality. Then it asks about your stay, etc.:

Here is the disclaimer and info on top of the survey:

Survey for Dual Nationality Taiwan Reform
The results of this survey will be officially shared by Crossroads (社團法人台灣全球連結發展協會) to Republic of China (Taiwan) legislators and government officials for the exclusive purposes of its Dual Nationality Taiwan advocacy campaign - a call for legislative reform to establish a standardized pathway for Permanent Residents (APRC holders) to obtain Republic of China (Taiwan) citizenship without requiring them to renounce their original citizenship(s). The purpose of this survey is to gather individual case studies so that future draft legislation or regulatory reform can take into account as many situations as possible. Please try your best to answer the questions in as much detail as appropriate and suitable.

The intended subjects of this survey are the following:

  1. Foreign nationals interested in obtaining Republic of China (Taiwan) citizenship, but are required to renounce their original citizenship(s) under the current law
  2. Naturalized citizens who successfully obtained Republic of China (Taiwan) citizenship
