I would appear to suffer from Epididymitis, which was likely caused by congestion followed a vasectomy.
OK, lots of meds and treatments later, I have found that the only thing helping me is the periodic wearing of a suspensory, which I get from back home whenever there.
They do not last all that long and I am nearly out. Where can I get some?
