My name is Tian, I came from Hungary (Europe), to spend a few days at my girlfriend in Tainan. I am an owner of a Suzuki GSX1400 bigbike. Can you help me where can I buy Suzuki parts for big bike such as mine in Tainan or in Taipei?

I think there is a Suzuki and Ducatti motorcycle shop here in Taipei on XinSheng street near the mosque and Heping road across the Daan park. I don’t know if they sell parts but you can give them a try.
Our neighbour sells imported motorcycle parts: No. 16, Section 3, Chengde Road, Datong District, Taibei 103. There is a dealer selling big motorcycles accross the street. (Near Chengde Road/Minquan West Road junction and Minquan West Road MRT.) There are also a big bike club and a a Ducati dealer at no. 60 and another parts supplier/repair shop at no. 64.
If thirsty, visit Nook Cafe at no. 12.

Don’t be surprised if parts here are considerably more expensive here than in Hungary. Big bikes are a new phenomenon here, still very much playthings for the wealthy and priced accordingly.
Thank you for the answers. I will try this shops tomorrow. I am looking for a windshield what Japanese designed for their own market, and dont want to export to Europe, so I cannot even order it at home…it worth the money, I dont care how much is it. :upyours:

Also, Tianhun, you might try giving Jeremy at Bikefarm a call on 8732-1992. He doesn’t do big bikes but he is an expert “finder” and I’m sure he’ll be able to find what you’re looking for. He’s English, so no Chinese communication problems.
Does anyone of you knows a good Suzuki dealer close to Taichung ?
I own a DL1000 and I am looking for a good mechanic to maintain/service it.

I think MODERN BIKES on Datong Rd in Tainan may be able to help you.
tele # - 6-2141869 or 2140789 ask to speak to the Son. They do not speak very much english, just Chinese & Taiwanese.
Its worth a try. The Son can probably help you.

Thanks for helping.[/quote]There’s a Suzuki dealer in Taichung on Wenxin South Rd, near the Foreign Affairs Police. Go onto Wenxin South from Zhonggang, and it’s a few blocks down on the left. I only saw the showroom bit and I don’t know what kind of service facilities/experience they may have, but I guess it’s worth checking out.
