I went to the sauna in Sweden and Germany.

At the hotel in Neusrelitz you had a choice between Sauna Finnische and Saunatarium.

I went to Sauna Finnische, then gradually moved up the levels.

Your skin feels like you just took a shower but except it’s not soggy.

Then you jump in the shower after anyway haha.

I liked it.
