Yep, I know the one you mean. It has only ever appeared when there were updates to install. I’ve got Firefox configured to auto-install updates, and when I checked out Options>Advanced>Update History there was this message:
Firefox 1.5.0.2 (2006030804)
Security Update
Installed on: Friday, 14 April, 2006 11:59:38 a.m.
Status: The Update was successfully installed
So, I went to my firewall & sure enough there was the new Firefox version with “Access Denied”. Changed that to “Allow” and…Rik was right on the money!
Everything’s running sweetly again.
