There are two tiny little baby puppies in the park which is located on the corner of Beitun lu and Songzhu lu. They are living underneath a stairwell of the community/rec center building on the western side of the park, directly south of a parking lot.

but someone takes care of them or not? I can see food etc there and it’s not that cold. Is it close to a temple? I think as long as they are no clearly mistreated or starving, let them stay there, they are not in immediate danger
My wife and I feed them and evidently some other people in the neighborhood give them leftovers and kibbles.
Its getting cold though 
Not near a temple, just a park where there are a lot of dog friendly people.
If someone can adopt them, that would be MUCH better than them just stayign there, or if someone has the room and heart to foster them till a home can be found. They are SO little that they could make great pets without any problem.
