The question is, 60M to where? To the box in the basement, certainly. To the local exchange, quite possibly. Beyond that it’s likely out of their hands and I’d be pretty super surprised if you got it internationally, Satellite TV’s probable incoming SpeedTest screenshots notwithstanding.
That said, it sounds like a pretty decent deal. I believe CHT’s 50M deal is competitive these days too, though not quite that cheap.
