I have been hearing rumours about the water being shut down February 26-28 in Tainan, but can’t find any information about it online. I am curious as to what time the water gets shut down, and if it’s still possible to go to the toilet and other essential stuff. Have any of you heard about it?

Starting in 16 districts of Tainan from 8am on Feb. 26 and lasting 47 hours, affecting 350,000 households.
160,000 households will experience reduced water pressure, and the rest will have normal water.
If you do or do not know if you are affected, buy some drinking water just in case (for brushing teeth) and fill up bathtubs or buckets to flush toilets. Have fun!
