Hey Folks,

I’m wondering if Taipei has a second hand phone market.

In Taichung, near the train station, there is a disused shopping mall, that is now home to a variety of Thai, Philippine and Vietnamese restaurants, stores and karaoko bars. It also has heaps and heaps and second hand cell phone shops.

The place is called: 1st square

I’m wondering if there is something like this in Taipei?

Ximending, in one of the shopping centers on the corner of Zhonghua Rd. and one of the smaller lanes or streets, opposite Zhongshan Hall. Should be able to see it from the outside as the phone shops are located on the ground floor.
