Taiwan Entrepreneur Visa

Does anybody have experience with the Taiwan Entrepreneur Visa?
I applied in April and after 4 months+ and my 8th submission of supplementary information I somehow I get the impression that there is little appetite for granting entrepreneurship visa and that the process is a tick-box exercise. Any encouraging experience out there?

I think it depends on what path you are taking, but my experience was relatively painless and quick since I got sponsorship from a local accelerator. The whole process took less than a month.

Another easy way is to join a local coworking space that’s recognized as a start-up park.

Which path did you take?

I applied via the immigration portal and in parallel started the process of company creation, engagements with local university (NTOU), engagement with MOA(FA)/MOEA(InvesTaiwan) and BIP (industrial parks). I come in with external partners/technology and in the process of linking up with local partners.

Send me a message I have applied for the Entrepreneur Visa and took less than 4 months to get it.

Can you expand on this or point me in the direction of more info?

Perhaps not 100% what you are asking for, but I took the advice of getting an incubator sponsorship and that made the differnce.
