Simple really. Some countries like Singapore do not allow duals. Countries that do should include clauses in legislation that ensure COMPLETE RECIPROCITY. Meaning Taiwan requires renunciation? So does Canada then, etc.
Won’t happen in a million years because the expats are not as power influencers for a variety of reasons. Golden Boy and his ilk would never do it.
