I checked the reviews and there were a few sarcastic and negative ones but most Taiwanese are more concerned by their coffee and cake hence their imminent extinction.
This place is a beautiful artistic spot created by a family of artisans, you would like it, kids or no kids.
There was a time when all immigrants were allowed into the US at Ellis Island. But they all worked. Fast forward 100 years and it is non working immigrants wanting benefits.
We also have to remember they NY culture is different from the South which is different from the west coast etc.
NY from Its Dutch trade culture is More tolerant and cosmopolitan than say Alabama that still holds its Southern feudal traditions…which is different from Alaska that is more rugged and into self sustenance than anything.
Ellis Island era: Immigrants arrived, got inspected, and were expected to work or get the fuck out. No welfare, no free housing, no affirmative action, no chain migration. They assimilated or left.
Today: Millions pouring across the border (or flying in on visas) who immediately go on benefits then send their kids to overcrowded schools while waving foreign flags and demanding the country changes for them.
That’s not “lies.” That’s observable reality in 2026.You can cope and call it “racism” all you want, but the working-class (of every race) paying the taxes are getting pissed off watching their country turned into a giant non-stop benefits office for the entire Third World. Open borders + generous welfare = exactly what we’re seeing: exploding costs, falling social trust, and cities turning into shitholes. And as we are seeing in Minneapolis etc., industrial level fraud.
But sure Mike, keep screaming “lies” while the bill keeps growing. The adults in the room are noticing.
