【竹北遠百9月落成，遠東勢不讓出新竹地盤】

新竹縣將要有第一座百貨公司了！縣府BOT給遠東集團興建客家圓樓造型的「竹北新世紀購物中心」預計在今年9月開幕，基地位置在光明六路東一段與自強北路口的停八停車場，基地面積有2.02公頃，BOT給遠東集團興建地下4層、地上10層的竹北新世紀購物中心，樓地板面積有24,442坪，為遠百第13家店、面積規模第3大店，商場面積僅次於遠百旗下的台中大遠百、板橋大遠百。

竹北新世紀購物中心整體建築與內部空間融入客家文化特色，呈現客家山城圓樓的建築意象。加上緊鄰新竹科學園區，以及有高速公路南來北往來客的優勢，和A13一樣，同樣主打數位型商場，營運後將能提供1700個就業機會。

遠東集團百貨零售事業在獨霸新竹，除了遠東巨城購物中心（內含新竹SOGO）與新竹大遠百市新竹縣市唯二選擇的百貨公司，今年將再迎來竹北遠百，新竹百貨地盤，遠東集團勢絲毫不讓。

高雄車站天棚（拱頂桁架）東西向約677公尺、南北向約340公尺，其中東西向規畫有自行車道，西側接近哈爾濱街，東側鄰近忠孝一路附近，未來將串聯兩側綠廊，成為全台最獨特、經過車站上方的自行車道，未來天棚上還有景觀設計與植栽工程，民眾可走上屋頂花園散步，預計2024年可騎UBike上天棚，最末頁有新高雄車站與商場旅館剖面設計圖。

【✈️桃園國際機場第三航廈終於塵埃落定】

歷經桃園機場第三航廈土建工程去年審查完成資格標，卻因爆出重大瑕疵而廢標，原團隊Samsung C＆T Corporation（三星物產）／榮工工程股份有限公司捲土重來，這次終於決標，共同為國人打造嶄新國門。

桃園機場公司表示，本案土建工程預算金額約新臺幣445億元，確認得標廠商後，團隊後續將展開開工前準備工作，包括外籍工作人員的引進、用地交付清點、臨時辦公房舍規劃，以及先期施工計畫提送等相關事宜，並接續與得標廠商辦理工程開工事宜。

除土建工程外，機場公司亦正進行機電工程招標作業，工程金額105億元，將配合第三航廈興建期程推動，並分階段於2024年完成北登機廊廳、2025年主體航廈及2026年南登機廊廳之工程。
