【亞灣區2.0計畫公布】

市府今日舉辦「亞灣2.0企業總部招商記者會」，宣示「亞灣2.0計畫」正式啟動，計畫內容包含：
★中央挹注110億投資，市府提供企業進駐租金補貼、員工薪資補貼、貸款利息補貼。同時擬定獎勵企業總部機制，與中央合作推動國際級企業進駐設置總部或研發基地。
★亞灣現分為前線、中線、後線，規劃多元複合使用：
-前線：除了85m公園與退縮帶，增加小型商業、研發訓練、娛樂複合使用機能，規劃為遊艇碼頭、共融式公園、娛樂、餐飲零售設施、海洋休閒遊憩設施，塑造水岸夜經濟生活特區。總計13.2公頃土地，可興建22.5萬坪樓板，與港務公司、中油合作開發，提供企業研發驗證、測試示範及訓練中心等場域及娛樂休憩等附屬設施。
-中線：高軟ㄧ期7.9公頃、二期2.4公頃、特倉三2.3公頃土地，與經濟部加工出口區管理處及中油公司合作，作為企業總部、科技產業園區所定事業、國際貿易使用。
-後線：特貿三5.3公頃土地三塊基地，將提供10萬~15萬坪商辦支援5GAIoT產業、購物娛樂文化展演，其中市府可分回4萬坪商業樓地板，優先供應企業總部、研發訓練中心使用。
★公辦智慧社宅，第一期634戶將於11/7動工。
★目前已有友達、仁寶、CISCO、微軟、高通、義隆等企業確定進駐，另外市府邀請IBM、鴻海、廣達、緯創、和碩、群聯、HTC、奇景、偉詮等科技業；國泰、新光、富邦、中信金控台灣人壽等壽險業及中華民國創業投資商業同業公會出席，表達投資進駐意願。
