The Kaohsiung Ambassador Hotel has passed the application for reconstruction. It is expected to be demolished in the third and fourth quarters of this year at the earliest. They’re re-doing part of the park that follows the red line, near Zhongshan Station. A couple blocks worth. Not sure why, as it seemed fine before. It’s fenced off, says it’ll be done Sept 2024.
