Said to be completed in 2027.
Also to be completed in 2027 is the addition to the art museum and the surround park makeover, across from Yuanshan.

Kaohsiung really is the spotlight in Taiwan. It’s already too late I suppose as far as everyone already knows and has invested, but lower tier speculators still can make bank for a decade or 3.

It is a development project located on Section 3 of Taiwan Avenue in Xitun District, Taichung City. The site area is 8573.46 square meters, the building height is 293.5 meters (excluding roof protrusions), and the total height is 323.5 meters (including roof protrusions + ridge decoration ).
The uses are shops and office buildings, and the development unit is Xingfufa Construction Co., Ltd.
At present, this project has passed the environmental impact assessment! It is expected that the construction permit will be issued in the fourth quarter of this year!
The characteristics of this project are its streamlined appearance and height. After completion! Whether viewed from high-speed rail, highway, or from different angles, looking at the direction of Taichung Phase 7, this project will become a new landmark in Taichung and a major attraction for Taiwan’s skyscraper fans
