I need a bit of advice on Taiwan property. I have a property in Chiayi for the past 20 years. I haven’t been to Taiwan for almost 20 years. If i sell the property, what type of tax will i be liable? What will be the rate and what other costs will endure. Also, if tax is high, is there a way to minimize my tax liability.
