# Taiwan Star Still Charging Me After Cancellation - Need Help

Looking for advice/help.

I cancelled my phone-contract in store in Taiwan.  
It was cancelled by the staff, and the internet stopped 10 minutes after leaving the store. I paid 2500 for this service.

Now that I have left Taiwan, my bank is STILL being automatically deducted by 817 元 every month. Very disappointing.

Any solutions? (not in the country, and can’t access the 台灣之星 app.

Can i block the DD in the Esun app?

I couldn’t find their email address but here is there FB account. If you have Facebook you can try to message them on Facebook and tell them what you just said, see if they can look up what’s happening
