did you mean local chatrooms but for english speaking users?
If so yahoo has a few.
Try downloading yahoo messenger take note ->(Download the chinese version) cause if you get the english version, then the rooms won’t appear in the list.
Well if you also want to use the english version of yahoo messenger you can just get yahelite, and use it when you want the english version.
