Don’t know about the Taiwan equivalent, but the Japanese equivalent is Rakuten, which delivers to Taiwan.

There is no real equivalent. I use GMarket on a weekly bases and PCHome.com.tw doesn’t compare well. My wife says Yahoo bidding and Yahoo shopping are somewhat similar.
