OK, question came up in my class this morning, what is Taiwan’s National Animal. Of course, people mentioned teh Taiwan Black Bear, but doing a quick search I found no proof of this. I also checked out the www.gio.gov.tw site, and it had national anthem, symbol, flag and flower, but no animal… Does Taiwan not have a national animal, or they just don’t want to tell me what it is.
