I already knew it would have been a disappointment, finally got the rejection of my appeal at the MOF, already lodged one at the executive yuan. It took such a long time to copy and paste the same BS the NTB already told me in their rejection:
Tbh, the only hope now is with the European Chamber, which I know is working on this for their next white paper. Must have someone “with face” to push for the interpretation change, no actual legislative amendment is required here.
