Taking scooter road test after passing the writing test

I passed the scooter writing test in Shilin but did not go to the road test on that same day. I was told by the staff at the Shilin office that in that case, I should take another appointment for the road test but I’m not sure where to do that.

I called the Shilin DMV office and they said I should take an appointment on the DMVIS website. But the only page I could find seems to be the page to take appointments for the writing test which requires to show up around 9:00 for registration and then take the theory test around 13:00 (here). When I was there the first time, people just went to the road test straight after passing the writing test, around 13:30.

My friend who had to retake the road test says he just showed up for the road test the second time without signing up or taking any appointment. Can I just show up up at 13:30 in Shilin?

They would have made that reservation already, that’s why they did the written test that day

Your friend got lucky, I think. I did the riding test 3 times and had a reservation every time. Three different locations, because it was difficult to book a test because all the locations were so busy

Can’t hurt to try, but you’d be better off just making the appointment

I wanna do that but I just don’t know where to do it. Only webpage I found is to take appointment for the written test.

I had help from a friend who can read Chinese, sorry can’t help you

If no one here posts a link, I suppose you could go there to take the test when you want, and when they say you need to register you can ask them for help?
