Taking your school to the Council of Labor Affairs

Has any one here taken their school to the Council of Labor Affairs? I am told an arbitration hearing with them is a good way to settle certain issues.

My main problem is I am getting conflicting information on their location. They seem to be near the Shuanglian Exit on the red line—but where exactly?

I think you need to take up your case with your local labor arbitration board first. In Taipei, you would need to contact theDepartment of Labor Affairs.

The CLA is a central government agency. Here is the address and a map.

Council of Labor Affairs

9F, 83 Yanping N Rd Sec 2
延平北路2段83號9樓
(02) 8590-2866

Closest MRT: Shuanglian

Exit 1. Walk westwards on Minsheng W Rd (民生西路) until you hit Yanping N Rd. Turn left on to Yanping, the CLA should be a little way down (on your left?).

EDIT: Feiren got there before me… :bravo:

The article I read said you go to the CLA for the arbitration hearing. The lawyer called it a Council of Labor Affairs arbitration hearing
