Joined the Taoyuan library no problem even though I live in Taipei.

  • Great seating areas, private, windows, views
  • Newspapers n magazines
  • Parking, not cheap
  • Ebooks available
  • Coffee shop, restaurant, bookstore downstairs
  • Soon to have movie theater

Yes I have to call myself out for complaining about losing the trees.

I really like that place. The English selection isn’t too bad, but I don’t quite get their shelving system. :laughing:

Thank God this wonderful library is complete and filled and left space on the first floor for the important things.

Taoyuan just wouldn’t be able to fulfill its cultural destiny without another 7-Eleven, Starbucks, and Mr Donut.
