TARC and ID card

Hello Everyone. I am here with a Tarc and want to apply for an ID Card.
Since I left during the first year I have to stay for two years now.

The two years are 270 days, right?
Does that mean, that in the second year I can apply for the ID card and leave then?
I won’t be over 36 then. Are they going to send me to the military directly then?

The standard Taiwanese year is 365 days. Thus two years would be 730 days.

Yeah… This question left me scratching my head too!

He means: If you stay 2 years for your ID with your TARC you will only have to stay 270 days every year, right? I guess
