Does anyone know if it is easier to get a TARC using code AF353 versus AF354 or is it about the same?
I guess it is about the same as far as you have all the required documents, though it might be a bit simple to use AF353 if it is a parent/child, because you have a direct relationship to the sponsor.
AF353 means you’re claiming nationality through your parents, and AF 354 means you’re claiming nationality through your siblings. Well, who are you trying to claim nationality from?
If your parents AND your siblings have Taiwanese citizenship, then just pick either one. Note that you will need to provide proof of their citizenship, so pick the person who can provide you with their ID card/household registration booklet.
