This past year I earned almost exactly the same as last year, but I am getting a 7000 NT refund as opposed to a 45,000 NT refund last year. I noticed on the tax form for the past year that the tax rates seemed to have changed. I am in the 13% bracket, whereas last year the same income was in the 6% bracket. Is something wrong? I haven’t heard anyone talk about this.
