I have seen a lot of posts here regarding employers who deduct tax from wages but fail to pay this money to the tax office. A fair share of replies go on to warn foreigners against allowing their employers to handle these tax affairs on their behalf. I have had experience with the two extremes when it comes to tax withholding. My advice is not to be afraid of taking advantage of your employer
