This thread is quite old, however it contains some information that I need.
Can someone provide me with a website or other method of obtaining the IRS’ official exchange rate information? Specifically from NTD to USD. I have contacted the IRS and they told me nothing like this exists.

If someone can still find a website for this information please post it. I have gotten what I need from AIT today. Unfotunately they did not provide me with the exact webpage to obtain the information.
According to the information they provided the exchange rates are as follows for the last few years:
2000 NT$31.38 to US$1
2001 NT$33.8825 to US$1
2002 NT$34.425 to US$1
2003 not out yet, of course.
There are some other figures on the fax they sent me for the following years, however they didn’t provide me a nifty little chart for these so you may want to check again if you need the information.
1996 - 27.41
1997 - 29.048
1998 - 33.437
1999 - 32.29
