A long time ago I went to this really cool tea house/restaurant place which was in an alley by Bi-hu lake (“碧湖”) in Nei-Hu.
It had all these fish aquariums inside and wooden tables and chairs. Super atmosphere.
Anyway, can’t find it anymore. Does anyone know if it still exists? If so, where the heck is it? Or are there any other really neat tea houses in Neihu?

I go running there in the mornings around Bi Hu so I can take a look for you. Was a real “traditional” tea house or one that is a more modern style? My guess is you are talking about one that is roughly across from the outdoor swimming pool (as opposed to the indoor one farther down).
Will let you know what I come up with.

Sorry - been running there but didn’t see any traditional tea shop like you mentioned. Closest thing was a Western-style coffee shop.
