Does anyone have any experience with temp agencies? Is that common here? I’m thinking specifically related to data entry tasks for a period of 2-3 months.

yes, to all questions.
We pay ~230 an hour for temp staff to do phone call outs.
the agencies take a cut of the pay, the temp worker gets ~180 of that fee. If your office is near a university, you could hire students directly and avoid paying a the company to serve as a middle man. Universities have office for sutdent affairs that can help with job postings, or contact the relevant department directly and ask them if they have students that might be interested in work.

Thank you for that. Do you have specific recommendations of agencies? I’d be willing to pay a premium for the service of finding available candidates for us.
