That drunk foreign man in Kaohsiung who beat up police on TV

And I hope that at the end of his well-deserved week in the slammer he was taken straight to the airport and booted out of Taiwan for good. We don’t need that kind of ruffian here, thank you very much.[/quote]

Come on, Omni, the poor guy’s got a disease. He gets drunk and then beats the shit out of women and short men. I hope he runs into someone his own size next time.

You’ll have to be more precise than that.

You’re the one who came here all balls-to-the-wall offensive. In fact, you’re the one who has been the racist here.

If someone actually gives you shit outside… fine, take it up with that person. But don’t bring your smack-talking racist attitude in here.

I think you have issues outside of this forum, perhaps in some cases legitimate, but you are, IMO, confusing valid complaints and attitudes expressed here with actual racism.

Many of the folks posting here are long-timers, and I don’t know of any of us that are really making big bucks… big enough to make anyone want to stay here if we were racists.

I like it here. I like the locals I work with/for. I like/love my local wife. I could make loads more money back home… but I’ve had an interest in this side of the planet from childhood. I don’t need some asshole telling me he’s going to “bash” me if he sees me holding my wife’s hand.

That’s bullshit… and its really immature… and yes, it is uncivilized.

mmm touche~

Interesting that you should use this as a signature

Don’t make me angry, you wouldn’t like me when I’m angry…

These are the words of David Banner ( the Incredible Hulk), mild mannered doctor who gets green, muscley and super strong when angry. The only thing was that he got mad at people and things that were wrong, and by the end of the show brought justice to all.

You on the other hand seem intent on just hurting people

you don’t think I know my comic books? Have you heard the phrase: “Hulk Smash” ??

yah, well, I’m in the smashing stage right now. It’ll take a long while to get back to my mild-mannered self again. :smiling_imp:

Thank you Tigerman. You speak for many of us.

Well I hope you do get back to your mild mannered self, before you put someone in the intensive care unit, and yourself in jail

The the Hulk Smash was used as a tool to right a wrong, not to inflict senseless damage for no reason

Your attempts to right some perceived wrongs (by arbitrary picking some white person and decking, beating somebody up) will do more harm than good. In that case I would recommend that you refrain from using your Hulk Smash and figure out why you are so angry, so you can get back to your mild mannered self

In common with the apparent majority of Taiwanese women, my wife likes to take hold of my hand when we’re out and about. (No, no, I don’t mean the majority of Taiwanese women like holding my hand – though I’m sure they would if they tried it; I mean that they like holding hands with their husbands, boyfriends, or other male escorts).

Anyway, if one day, when we’re thus conjoined, a fist flies at me out of the blue, I’ll have some idea who I’m beating to pulp in response – though I still won’t be the least bit clear as to why it’s been made necessary for me to do so.

Congrats…are you aware of the underworld practice of severing the tendons in the knees, elbows, and hands? Very nasty.

Hmm…if you ever get a Taiwanese girlfriend (thankfully that’s pretty unlikely), things could get very interesting when you catch sight of yourselves in a mirror, shop window whatever…

I’d love to be around to witness the Taiwanese half of you ‘Hulk Smashing’ the American half, perhaps it’ll even make the news…‘Crazy American Beats himself up on the street’…

BTW has anyone else checked out http://www.people.cornell.edu/pages/ckh9 where ABCGuy reincarnate’s avatar is hosted…

If you see me in this predicament, by all means, please do bash my head as I will certainly need some sense knocked into me to save myself from marriage.

But, if you see me grooving with some drunken skank in the dark corner recesses of Room 18, Roxy or Carnegie’s, then butt out!! :smiling_imp:

smerf-
as a reasonable man, I agree- its a deal.

skanks in the clubs are all yours by all means.

Skanks need lovin’ too!!

Well-said, Tigerman. Thank you for this excellent post.
