That Sri Lankan resto down in Yungho

Anybody here know what happened to that Sri Lankan restaurant down by the Zhong Zheng bridge to Yungho on Yungho Rd.? If I remember correctly, it was run by a Sri Lankan chef, and it had some of the best and most authentic Sri Lankan food served in Taipei. I used to meet a lot of expats who frequent that joint three years ago. I went by that place tonight hoping to catch up on the good 'ol days and it was gone… how come??? I always thought their bizniz was good cuz it was always packed.

Or have they moved location?

He opened a new restaurant in Tienmu a couple of years and was going to let some Taiwanese guy run the one in Yong He but I guess that didn’t work out.

The place in Tienmu was good when I went (about 2 years back) never go up that way these days but guess its still there. Better food than when it was in YongHe, a bit pricier too.
