with Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Tonglam, Resident Teacher
Saturday 2-5pm May 14
It is impossible to go through our life without feeling harmed or insulted by others, or without getting hard on ourself for past mistakes. In this course we will explore practical methods for learning to let go of anger and resentment towards others, as well as the art of forgiving ourself. This afternoon workshop will help us to enjoy more confidence and mental freedom, bringing harmony to our relationships and more meaning and peace to our life.
THE TEACHER
Gen Kelsang Tonglam is a Buddhist monk and Resident Teacher at KMC Taiwan. Born in Hong Kong, Gen Tonglam trained under Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche in the UK for many years. He explains clearly and practically how we can find happiness by using Buddhist wisdom in our busy, modern lives.
