You missed the study showing the majority of a random sample of Britons already had immunity regardless of jab status?
Iirc you identify as a fiscal conservative, so it stands to reason that you should be concerned about the cost of ~4 doses of jab per person per year for the rest of eternity.

How much does a jab dose cost, including all the associated costs?
I think Finley did a rough estimate earlier in the thread. Of course, Iām looking for a number here, an amount of money. The other associated costs ā like destroying the rule of law ā also matter, but those costs canāt really be quantified.

How much does a test for immunity-at-a-level-comparable-to-or-greater-than-that-attributable-to-the-jab cost?

Actually we havenāt dodged all the bullets as you will recall . The virus spread rapidly when given the chance. Plenty of older and infirm people were dying who got infected. Hence the six month Summer from hell last year when everything was closed down. Whole hospitals shut down . And the very stringent quarantine and test system .

āAnd what we mean by that: If a child goes into the hospital, they automatically get tested for COVID and they get counted as a COVID-hospitalized individual, when, in fact, they may go in for a broken leg or appendicitis or something like that . So itās over counting the number of children who are, quote, hospitalized with COVID as opposed to because of COVID,ā said Fauci.
What, this past Thursday? Wow, I assumed it was from last year.

And whatās so outrageous about it anyway? If weāre going to jab 100% of the humans (aside from the teeny tiny fraction of a percent who have āvalidā medical reasons to be exempt), why stop there? The virus wonāt stop there, naturally. Some zookeepers have already signed some of their animals up.

Itās funny how damn hard it is to find the official answers to (you would think) simple questions like this.
Some research team came up with a number-needed-to-vaccinate estimate some months ago (several hundred people), which of course gives you some idea of the cost. The paper was almost instantly withdrawn due to protests. The loudest argument was not that the estimation was fatally flawed, but something along the lines of āA NNTV number is a completely inappropriate metric to assess something as important as thisā. Which strikes me as uncomfortably close to āit doesnāt matter how much money we have to spendā.
