The COVID humbug thread (2021 edition)

This article seems to oppose a long-term narrative, that the vaxxed had less viral load.

Even if it’s true - and it almost certainly isn’t, because it completely contradicts research from other countries - what they omit from that statement is that US COVID deaths are somewhere around 300-400 a day at the moment, the vast majority of whom are at the end of their natural lives. In Massachusetts specifically it’s in single digits and has been for about two months, which is what you’d expect given the population (~7 million).

But of course it gets the correct message across if you say “94% of COVID deaths were unvaccinated” instead of “52 people died of-or-with COVID this week, of whom 3 were fully vaccinated”. A similar trick is used in pharmaceutical research to make a marginally-effective drug look awesome.

The bigger picture is that COVID is a very minor concern in Massachusetts, and has been for some time:

Do we really need kids to be vaccinated? It certainly isn’t to save them from Covid. Has there ever been a vaccine made mandatory for kids, solely to allegedly protect others?

“Of 3,105 deaths from all causes among the 12 million or so people under 18 in England between March 2020 and February 2021, 25 were attributable to COVID-19 — a rate of about 2 for every million people in this age range.” (1)

The first sentence is what all of the censored and fired doctors were warning since the beginning of the pandemic.

The second sentence is a contradiction.

The Ministry of Truth needs to work on refining its dissemination of propaganda.

Two scams for the price of one this year.

30 years’ worth of “climate change summits” and buggerall progress to show for it. Surely it’s not just an excuse for an expenses-paid trip abroad and a few nice meals? Isn’t a “summit” supposed to be a culminating event at which grand decisions are made? Other than whether to have the oysters or the foie gras?

Exactly. Even if you have 100% of the population vaccinated, the same thing will occur … just at a different rate, and possibly with different mutations favoured. This was discussed in some detail in the van den Bossche interview.

And yeah, they knew this from the moment it was understood the vaccines didn’t offer sterilizing immunity; but they went ahead with it regardless.

God protect that man.

I fear he may now be suicide’d (3 shots to the back of the head). Or perhaps heart attacked.

Recent findings from Public Health England regarding Delta variant AZ’s 60% effectiveness are consistent with 22.8% breakthroughs given that AZ is the primary vaccine in the UK.

Vaccine effectiveness against symptomatic disease from the B.1.617.2 variant is similar after 2 doses compared to the B.1.1.7 (Kent) variant dominant in the UK, and we expect to see even higher levels of effectiveness against hospitalisation and death.

The study found that, for the period from 5 April to 16 May:

  • the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine was 88% effective against symptomatic disease from the B.1.617.2 variant 2 weeks after the second dose, compared to 93% effectiveness against the B.1.1.7 variant
  • 2 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine were 60% effective against symptomatic disease from the B.1.617.2 variant compared to 66% effectiveness against the B.1.1.7 variant
  • both vaccines were 33% effective against symptomatic disease from B.1.617.2, 3 weeks after the first dose compared to around 50% effectiveness against the B.1.1.7 variant

Even Israel’s stats say a two dose Pfizer regime is 88% effective in preventing hospitalizations (versus symptomatic disease):

Pfizer and BioNTech’s Covid-19 vaccine is just 39% effective in Israel where the delta variant is the dominant strain, but still provides strong protection against severe illness and hospitalization, according to a new report from the country’s Health Ministry.

The efficacy figure, which is based on an unspecified number of people between June 20 and July 17, is down from an earlier estimate of 64% two weeks ago and conflicts with data out of the U.K. that found the shot was 88% effective against symptomatic disease caused by the variant.

However, the two-dose vaccine still works very well in preventing people from getting seriously sick, demonstrating 88% effectiveness against hospitalization and 91% effectiveness against severe illness, according to the Israeli data published Thursday.

That’s true of all vaccines and antibiotics.

Good. That means that you, I, the Israeli Health Ministry, the U.S. CDC and Public Health England are all on the same page regarding the efficacy of vaccines in avoiding hospitalization. Now if only there were a vaccine for pseudoscience . . .
